  • Congrats to the New Members!
    “And the Lord added to the Church daily such as should be saved.” Acts 2:47

    We Thank God for adding 32 New Members to our family of Faith in the month of July. 14 - have come as Candidates for Baptism and 18 - have come under their Christian Experience.

    What a joy to receive, believe and grow through God’s Word. Help welcome these new members. Our job is to love on them, and pray God will keep us all growing in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.


  • Education Student Survey
    The Ministry of Academic and Family Education requests your help. Please complete the following Educational Student Survey to better serve the students and families of New Prospect Baptist Church and the community. This survey is for students in grade levels 7 - 12. Parents are encouraged to take part in the survey as well. Click here to complete the survey. Thank you for your time.

  • NPBC Ministry Hours of Operation
    Church closes at 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Sunday - the church will be locked at 2:30 p.m. unless there is a scheduled afternoon program. All persons and ministries are asked to exit the building by times indicated. Please schedule your time accordingly. Your cooperation is appreciated.

  • New Prospect/Roselawn Condon School Tutorial Program
    Our first year tutoring program was a SUCCESS! Tutors are needed to make our second year even better. Please join us in tutoring students in third grade reading and fifth grade science. Contact LaVern Sutton, tutoring coordinator, for more details and to sign up to be a tutor at the church office, 513-721-2355. Please pick up applications in the Welcome Center.

  • The Glory Train
    The NPBC casting crew is looking for females 18 years or older for upcoming roles in a gospel play. The gospel play is about 9 women who are very excited about going to “Heaven” together. They gather at the Glory Train station waiting to board the Glory Train. As the train makes its stops, to their surprise they find out that things are not quite what they thought. This play is packed with humor! If you are interested in being a part of this powerful message, please join us on Monday, September 8th at 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Acting skills are not required.

  • Knoxville, TN Trip and Fellowship
    Knoxville trip to Tabernacle Baptist Church. We are celebrating Pastor Christopher Battle, Sr's 6th Pastoral Anniversary. The bus will be leaving NPBC at 8 a.m., Sunday, September 28th and returning around midnight. Cost of the trip is $45.

  • Achievement
    Our own Brother John Singletary will be honored at the Cincinnati NAACP Freedom Fund Dinner on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 7 p.m. Please see Sister Singletary if you would like to attend. It will be held at The Horseshoe Casino; tickets are $75.

  • Frontline Ministries
    Volunteers are needed to serve as ushers, greeters, parking lot attendants and hospitality crew members for both services. Please call LaVern Sutton at 513-721-2355 if you are willing to serve.

  • Pastor's Aide Meetings
    If you are interested in becoming a part of the Pastor’s Aide Ministry, please mark your calendar for the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6:15 p.m. The meetings will be held in the Trustee’s Room.

  • ON THE AIRWAYS!!
    Sunday Night New Prospect is on the airways at 7 p.m. Tell your friends, tell your neighbors, tell your frenemies to tune in to 1050 AM to listen and join our worship services. You can listen online at www.inspiration1050.com.

  • Travel with New Prospect to London & Paris
    Due to overwhelming demand, additional seats have been added to the London/Paris tour. We now have 25 additional seats. The seats are being offered on a first-come basis. A deposit of $250 is required a.s.a.p. to hold your space. If you are still interested in traveling with New Prospect to London/Paris in June 2015, please contact Yvonne Allen-Smith or Annise Anderson by calling the church office at 513-721-2355.

  • Romans 8:1 Ministry
    Do you think God is mad at you? Do you think you've done something that you can't return from? Do you think your sin is so bad God can't forgive you? Romans 8:1 meets every 2nd Saturday to help you realize God is not mad at you!

  • New Prospect Male Chorus
    All males interested in being part of The Male Chorus of New Prospect come out and rehearse on Mondays at 7:30 p.m.

  • Men's Ministry - B.A.M.
    B.A.M. meets every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. All men are invited to be an active member of the Men's ministry.

  • New Mobile Text Ministry
    Join our new Mobile Message Ministry and stay current by texting "New Prospect" to #55469. You will be able to keep in touch and stay up-to-date with New Prospect events.

  • Got Prayer? Need Prayer?
    There is POWER in PRAYER! Every Monday at 6 p.m. we come together to pray, strongholds destroyed and share praise reports! Come on out and witness the mighty works of our Father.

  • Bible Study
    Looking to be fed for spiritual growth? Attend Bible Study Wednesdays at 12 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.

  • Tutoring
    The Ministry of Academic and Family Education is in need of volunteer tutors for all subject areas; i.e., history, reading, math, science, etc. If you are interested, and available to tutor, please call the church office and leave your name, telephone number, days available and subject that you are interested in tutoring.

  • In Reach/Out Reach
    Congregational Care wants to reach out to our members who have been away from church. If you are aware of a member who has been away, please contact the church office with information.

  • Ink Cartridges
    Do you have empty ink catridges? Bring them to New Prospect. We can recycle them and get paid for them. Please place them in the box in the Fellowship Hall or give them to an usher.

  • Looking for Job Opportunities?
    Check out the Job bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall. If you are a hiring manager, or know of employment opportunities, please contact the church office with information.
